Shown on title. Held by lienholder.

 

Recovery Agent Licensing:

None required at this time. However, a $50,000 bond must be filed with the state.

 

Redemption Requirements:

There is a 10-day period where the debtor has a right to redeem.

 

Deficiency Balance:

The debtor can be liable for any deficiency.

 

Title State:

Required for all vehicles that are moved or driven on highways. Boats are exempt.

 

Plates:

Remain with the debtor / individual.
