Security Interests:

Shown on title. Held by lienholder.

 

Recovery Agent Licensing:

Required to be licensed as a collection agency with the state.

 

Redemption Requirements:

There is a 10-day period where the debtor has a right to redeem.

 

Deficiency Balance:

Collectible after a public or private sale.

 

Title State:

Required for all vehicles that are moved or driven on highways. Snow mobiles, ATV’s, and boats only require registration.

 

Plates:
