Per the Uniform Commercial Code adopted July, 1964: Must be filed on record in the Registrar’s office in the county where the mortgagor resides; if non-resident, in the county where the property is located.

Redemption Requirements:
Ten (10) day redemption.

Permitted.
Special Motor Vehicle Provisions:
Liens must be recorded on title card issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles. Liens not dependent on possession are not valid unless noted on title card.
